Freshdesk MCP

This is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, not a website. Add it as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT.

1. In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the URL https://freshdesk.mcp.brain.intersolia.io/mcp
2. Sign in with your Intersolia Microsoft account when prompted.
3. Register your personal Freshdesk API key at https://freshdesk.mcp.brain.intersolia.io/setup (one-time).
4. Ask the assistant something like "list my open Freshdesk tickets".
